Childcare.co.uk buys Childminders.com
Childcare.co.uk are pleased to announce that they have acquired Childminders.com, a UK directory of registered childminders and parents seeking childcare for an undisclosed sum.
Members of Childminders.com, which was established in 2008, will be migrated to the Childcare.co.uk platform.
Childcare.co.uk is the UK's largest childcare website with over 275,000 members and the addition of the membership of Childminders.com will mean that members from both websites will benefit from being part of an even bigger community.
Speaking about the purchase, Childcare.co.uk Managing Director Richard Conway said:
