We are so glad we found someone as professional, kind and attentive as Anna to send our daughter to. Our daughter is very shy and until we sent her to Anna at 11 months old, she had not spent much time with other adults or children (including family) as she was born during lockdown. Anna was always incredibly patient and paid a lot of attention to her personality while taking care of her needs. She also paid attention to our daughter’s appetite and regularly asked us what foods interested her, which we were delighted about! Under her care our daughter’s skills and development took a wonderful leap. She became a very good eater as well and would eat a variety of foods after being introduced to them at Anna’s. She steadily gained weight after months of back-to-back viral illnesses and we credit her eating well at Anna’s for this!

Anna is always happy and lovely to speak to. She is always quick to respond to any queries, regularly sending us photos and updates of all the fun activities they did at hers. We always felt reassured about our daughter’s safety, care and happiness with Anna. She took a lot of pleasure and pride in our daughter’s development, especially as she started to become more confident. As parents it was always such a pleasure to have Anna excitedly tell us about our daughter’s little milestones.

We had to leave Anna after only 8 short months as we had to leave London for work commitments. At every new childcare option we look for in our new home, we use Anna’s childcare as our yardstick. Highly, highly recommend for your most precious cargo!
