Claire has been looking after our son now for 4 years , since he was 8 months old. I booked him in when I was 20 weeks pregnant to secure his place !
He has settled in with her and her family so well. Claire’s service feels like an extension of our family life, which is so important to us.
She offers a range of activities inside and outside the home, which he loves.
She is well equipped in the garden to, to play freely and explore.
She follows his lead and key interests to help him learn through his play.
Claire is so flexible and nothing is too much trouble.
As a key worker and working through the pandemic , she supported us with childcare as much as she could.
We will be forever grateful for the opportunities and experiences that she has offered and supported his translation into school.
Harry is leaving this year to go to school and I know he will miss her and the family so much, as will we.
If you are looking for a local childminder I can’t recommend her enough , book in an appointment to visit her before it’s too late, you won’t be disappointed.

After interviewing many childminders in my local area, I was so happy to finally find Claire. I could immediately tell that we had similar, nurturing parenting styles and that she would truly care for my son and provide a safe, secure environment where he would be happy.
The care that she provided during my son's early years was beyond exceptional; providing bespoke learning experiences, taking him to local playgroups / classes and organising lovely days out tailored to his interests. He absolutely thrived in all areas of his development and loved spending time with Claire and her family. Communication with home was always excellent and we have a wonderful folder full of photos, art projects and observations that is now safely stored in my son's memory box.
Since those early years, Claire has continued to care for Jude for the last 5 years - picking him up from school and looking after him until we finish work. We often joke that she will still be picking him up when he's at high school as he never wants to leave... he absolutely loves Claire and her family!
There really is no higher praise I can give - she truly is a wonderful childminder and your child would be lucky to have her.

My daughter has attended Claires setting for a year now and I couldn’t be happier with how she’s settled in and how quickly she has developed and reached different milestones.
We feel extremely lucky to have found Claire and she definitely feels like part of our family which is extremely comforting when we are working.
Claire is organised, punctual and flexible when we need her to be. The safe environment she creates for my daughter and the other children that attend is fabulous, there is always something different to do.
Couldn’t recommend Claire enough to anyone looking for somewhere for their children.
She’s a star!

My little boy has been with Claire for over a year now and my daughter will soon be going too. We couldn't be happier with the setting. Claire provides a safe, welcoming and happy place to be. Her knowledge, care and skills are all exceptional.
Claire has worked alongside us during every step of my sons development. She has created bespoke methods of learning for his stages of development and has aided this development immeasurably. He is so happy there and loves to tell Claire about what he has been doing as well as telling us all about his time there too.
The activities provided are fun and engaging. Clair's communication with home is fantastic. We receive a daily account of what he's been up to and we are able to communicate using this book too. Claire keeps a fantastic learning journal of what our little boy has been up to and we get to see this on a regularly basis.
Her knowledge as a mum of three is invaluable. This obviously informs the quality of her work and it is also a great advantage to be able to draw on her experience.
Claire provides the most fantastic and nurturing setting for our children and we wouldn't choose anybody else. She is simply outstanding!!
