My children have recently moved on to pre-school after a total of 4 years of being looked after by Carol. She has been fantastic throughout - she adores babies and children and provides a wonderful family environment for them. She is very calm and patient with the children and they really enjoy being with her. I have particularly liked the way she manages mealtimes and also that they go to play group every morning so have an opportunity to do craft, dressing up, singing etc and playing with other children. It has been so reassuring to know my children are safe and happy in Carol's care, and we will all really miss her.
