Nikki first started working for me in 2018 when my first son was born. I didn't know how I would feel about someone else looking after my first born baby but Nikki put me at ease instantly. She was so good with my son and after 5 years of Nikki caring for my two children, she is basically like part of the family. My boys love her and gained so much from their time with her.
