I was very impressed by Nahaid from the beginning. She was very flexible and understanding with me being a first-time mum and worried about leaving my son while I went back to work full-time. It's hard to make that decision of who to leave your child with, and I'm very happy we decided on Nahaid. We had several settling in sessions over the course of about a week or so, and he settled in very well.
When registering with Nahaid she asked me to fill in a form with information about my son, and on his first visit with her she produced a box of toys that I had said he liked. I was also very impressed when one of the children mentioned that my son didn't like loud noises - something that he must have been told by her before we arrived. It was comforting to know she was using that information to make his transition to her home setting as seamless as possible.
He is always very happy to go to Nahaid's in the morning, and I know he really enjoys interacting with the other children in her care and at the playgroups they attend. It's great to see the photos she sends through showing us all the wonderful indoor and outdoor activities he's been up to during the day.
I'm very grateful to Nahaid - I know she loves my son and he loves being with her.
