Leo was employed by my family for 2 years, caring for my daughter between the age of 18 months and 3. Leo formed a very close bond with Eloise and always provided fun and exciting activities for her. Eloise was always very excited when Leo was coming and always enjoyed her time with him.

Leo is very caring and hard working and always communicates well both with my daughter and myself as a parent. Leo provided daycare and overnight care for her and we never had any problems.

Due to my husbands job, we moved to Lincolnshire in September 2013 and Eloise really misses spending time with him.
