Dee is our "unicorn nanny": we have been so lucky to have had almost three years of her time and are heartbroken without her. She has shaped our three children's worlds - with her completely expert proxy-parent skills, and the loving, warm, energetic, full of fun environment she creates. Dee is a complete professional - she astounds me with her recall about baby routines and parenting psychology, as well as having great instincts and common sense.
