We were so fortunate to have had Monika care for our 16-month-old son, and I cannot recommend her highly enough! From the moment she arrived, it was clear that she is a natural with children. My son immediately warmed to her, which gave us a great sense of relief. Not only did he feel comfortable in her presence, but he also slept soundly and peacefully under her care—something that’s not always easy with a toddler!
As new parents, we were a bit nervous about leaving our little one for the first time, but Monika put us at ease right away. She was incredibly warm, professional, and caring, and she clearly made an effort to connect with him. Her calm demeanor and attentiveness helped us feel confident that he was in great hands.
It’s rare to find someone who not only takes care of your child but genuinely seems to connect with them, and that’s exactly what we experienced with Monika. We will absolutely be reaching out to her again and highly recommend her to any parent looking for a trustworthy and loving babysitter.

Monika has worked as our nanny for our two children (aged 2 and 5) for 4 days a week for the last 18 months. She is hugely experienced and has worked with children for many years, both in nursery settings and as a nanny. She is very good at managing young children and meeting their needs. She has been a wonderful help and support to our family.
She is very creative and is always thinking up fun arts & crafts activities, games and experiments, which our children love doing with her. She always tries to think up activities that the children will enjoy.
She has always been reliable and punctual. She also provides really helpful updates on our children every day.
We would thoroughly recommend Monika and are going to miss her!

Thank you for the wonderful reference you wrote. I deeply appreciate your kind words and support. Looking after your children has been an absolute joy, and I’m grateful for the trust you placed in me.
It has been a pleasure working with your family, and I will always cherish the time I spent with your little ones.
Monika started working with us when our children were 5 and 3. She looked after our elder daughter in the afternoons for 3 days per week, and our younger son all day for 2 days per week.
Monika has been absolutely wonderful with our pre-schooler, without doubt his “Monika days” are his favourite of the week. She is absolutely passionate about early years education and constantly finds new and interesting ways to work learning into everyday life, whether it’s cooking, jolly phonics, number games in the outdoors…the array of different activities is vast! Most importantly, our son absolutely relishes these activities and is full of enthusiasm when we ask him about his day. In addition to this they spend a lot of time in the outdoors, swimming, and going on adventures, which he absolutely loves.
Monika also formed a great bond with our eldest daughter on their after school days together. She has been amazingly proactive at arranging classes eg gymnastics and swimming. She also organises play dates and outings with our daughter’s close friends. Monika is also very dedicated about encouraging homework, reading practice, and number work.
Monika is full of energy and ideas, she loves our children and takes care of them as though they were her family: something that has been commented on by nursery carers, teachers and fellow mums. She strikes a good balance between learning, activities, clubs, and crucially giving the children downtime when they need it. She has seemingly unending reserves of patience, and approaches difficult situations such as sibling quarrels calmly and constructively.
Monika became part of the family while she was with us and I would not hesitate to recommend her warmth and dedication!

I got teary eyes reading your references. You captured everything I did with Claudia and George❤️. Trips together,parks, activities after school also education with George.
Thank you very much for noticing how much I love working with children and also for noticing my experience and passion towards my work which I have accumulated over the years. I'm glad I left a good impression. For my part, all I can say is that it was a privilege to work for such a nice family .
It has been so lovely welcoming Monika into our home. On each occasion she cared for our children she was on time, warm, cheerful and ready to engage. She is attentive, kind, a great listener. Our children only have positive things to say and very much look forward to spending time with her. That said, she always followed our directions in regard to the children bedtimes and food etc. I have no hesitation asking her back in the future if we need a babysitter.
