Emma has babysat for us a number of times. She is very professional, liked by our son Ioan, thoughtful and fun. Would highly recommend her services.

Our twin boys love spending time with Emma. She has a great relationship with them. Couldn’t think of a better babysitter or nanny. Great that she’s properly qualified and has lots of twin baby and toddler experience

Emma has looked after both my children and has made it so easy to leave the Holstein with her they loved having her baby sit and will always ask for her. She is friendly and caring and very professional attitude. Make it easy to have the confidence to leave and no that your children are being cared for so well. I would highly recommend Emma as I have said she is caring and fun and good at what she does I have read a comment who called her Emma poppings toatally after would highly recommend and will defiantly be using some time soon xxx

She is the only babysitter I have ever used, she is like Mary poppins with the girls, they have a great relationship with her and enjoy it when she babysits. Emma is reliable and flexible, including doing weekend babysitting which gives us a fantastic break.
As I couldn’t think of anyone else who I would trust with my children I therefore believe she must be the best babysitter!!

Emma is great, she has been looking after my two children since they were babies. She is kind , calm and unflappable. The children love having her round to look after them and always have lots of fun. It makes it easy to relax when you know Emma has everything under control and the children are happy.

Emma is absolutely loved by our baby from the day he was born (he is now 9months old). She is patient, kind, reliable and always brings a smile out on our baby boys face even on the grumpiest days of teething! I feel totally confident leaving him with Emma.
Also, Emma helped us with the dreaded 4 months sleep regression and we now have a very happy little sleeper!
I would recommend Emma 100%

Hi,
Emma was absolutely amazing because I was coming from abroad and needed a nanny for just one night. Of course she had to be wonderful or I would never have left my 6-month old baby girl with someone I had never met before. She kept updating me with pictures and news about my daughter and I felt really comfortable all the time that I was away.
Thank you Emma, will call you again if I'm back to Cardiff!

Emma had been looking after our daughter since she was six months. One of the first times Emma looked after her was on our wedding day and overnight whilst attending our wedding. Emma was fantastic and my husband and I had a wonderful carefree and day thanks to Emma!
Since then we have used Emma ad hoc baby sitting in the evenings, including stays when we have had been away. It is lovely to see how happy our daughter is when she is with Emma....that's priceless for us!! I can't recommend Emma enough, I know we'll continue to use Emma, probably until our daughter is 16!

What we love best about Emma is that she is real. Her naturally calm manner translates wonderfully in her care of children. You can tell that she genuinely loves what she does - and she is good at it. My 4 year old took to her right away and that is the best judge of character, in my opinion. She trusts Emma and, when she babysits, our normally clingy daughter actually ushers us out the door. Emma is confident, soothing and encouraging, whilst not letting our girl walk all over her. She guides my daughter into something proper, without being stern, when she tries to be a bit naughty. Also, my husband and I enjoy our chats with her before and after we go out. We appreciate her punctuality and excellent communication.

Emma has babysat for us on a number of occasions and she is the first person outside of family that I had left our now 15 month old with. I was quite anxious the first time we left our daughter, but Emma's professionalism and gentle nature put me at ease immediately and I had a great evening out knowing that she was on the other end of the phone if I needed that reassurance! I haven't looked back since and our daughter absolutely loves spending time with Emma - her way with children and her vast experience with young ones mean that she is able to put both adults and children at ease straight away. I wouldn't hesitate to recommend Emma and am so grateful that we found her when we did!
