I found Gemma via Childcare and was very impressed. Gemma kindly agreed to be our temporary nanny during the period that our permanent nanny was unable to work. Gemma was with us from the middle of August until the beginning of September. I was somewhat stressed to be working with a new nanny as my daughter was about to go to nursery for the first time from September and my son was about to start Year 1 in another school. Gemma was very helpful in calming the situation and after a very short period we were quickly in a well established routine.
It is also worth mentioning that she is always friendly and agreeable, which for me is very important not just for someone who looks after children but also in relationship to the dealings with the parents. Finally she was super flexible which was hugely helpful given my husband and I both work and I had some pre-booked travel that would have been problematic to cancel. Thanks Gemma for a great job.
