Helen made a massive difference to the first few months with our first baby. Aside from the obvious benefits of gaining sleep, she gave us so many tips, words of reassurance and support at a time when we really needed it. She was always brilliant at reading a situation, and would know if I'd had a particularly rough time and would always help in a very gentle way. She genuinely cared for our baby boy and at times we even said she was like a third parent to him. After three months we were left as confident parents, with a baby who has good sleep habits and is most importantly very happy. I couldn't recommend Helen more strongly.
