I am a mother of a lively and bright 9 year old girl, Alexa.
My husband and I are busy parents- working full time and caring for our daughter. At the moment, we both are working a couple days from home and a couple days in the office. We live in Muswell Hill, but Alexa attends school in Highgate.
My Requirements
We are looking for someone patient and empathetic to help look after Alexa after-school/evenings during the week. Experience with working with children with sensory challenges and delayed language would be a plus but not required.
The job description includes picking up Alexa afterschool, and (on Mondays) taking her football practice, preparing snacks, reading with her, doing crafts, music etc. We have a strictly no phone/screen time during the week.
She may also have a private music lesson or tutor during the week while you look after her.
We are looking for someone to start quite soon (mid- October) and to work about 15 hours per week for 4months (end February/March). We'll need extra help during non-term times as well.
