Nasriin helped me for a week, as an afterschool nanny for my two kids (9 and 4 yo). She's been able to quickly develop a very good relationship with them, while taking my instructions into account. She brought nice games with her to help my 4 yo with his reading homework. Very flexible, on time, patient, easy to work with, and eager to work.
