Veronica is a dream nanny. She is calm and patient and can communicate with children in ways to make them understand. She creates a relaxed and calm atmosphere in the house.
Veronica helped me for 4 days as a last minute request. She was able to start straight away without much support from me. She kept me informed on all matters I had asked updates on. She doesn’t rush out the door as soon as I come home. She takes the time to give a little summary of the day. In 4 days my daughter has become really close to her. I would have no hesitation to call on her again is I needed to.
