After having my first baby girl it was daunting for me to return back to work not knowing who was going to look after my baby after searching and meeting quite a few childminders I genuinely didn’t think I was ever going to find anyone suitable and thought I was being really picky at certain things but at the end of the day this person was going to be looking after my baby girl so I had to be picky. After seeing and talking to a lot of childminders I messaged Yvonne and agreed to go to her house whilst she was working so I can meet her and her husband Spencer and get a glimpse of how her day to day would run. As soon as me and my partner arrived I had a great feeling straight away and I knew Yvonne was the one.
It was a sunny day and the kids were all playing out in the garden which is secured not overlooked and is well kitted out for the kiddies it was great and the most playful doggy you have ever met Daisy running around minding her own business. ( cuteness overload 🥰 )
Yvonne and Spencer were so friendly and made me and my partner feel comfortable and straight away I felt at ease.... the biggest thing for me was I wanted someone who went to play groups and socialised outside the house some days and that’s exactly what Yvonne does.
I thought them first few days would of been so hard for me and my little girl but I think it’s safe to say Poppy loved it from the her settling in sessions we had no trouble at all, it was harder for me than it was for Poppy. Poppy would and still happily waves me off to work as she knows staying at yvonne’s is a lot of fun.
Poppy has been there for 7 months now and everyday progresses more and more and has made quite a few friends along the way.
Yvonne is very good at communicating and updates you everyday.
I honestly couldn’t recommend Yvonne anymore and I hope to use her again in the near future 😜 not only is she great with the kids but I would class her as my Friend we have so much in common it’s scary.
