Fantastic Nanny

Melissa is a wonderful Nanny to our 7 year old daughter. She does a few hours a week for us to give us some respite. Our daughter is Autistic and can take time to warm up to people but she was able to feel comfortable with Melissa very quickly.

Melissa is very adaptable and carefully discovered the best way to communicate with our child and make her feel safe. She is playful and energetic and very patient and loving. I would highly recommend her!

THE BEST!!!

Melissa has been babysitting for us for ten years and we feel so lucky to have found her! She brings so much energy and joy into our home every week. The children, now 11 and 12 years, absolutely adore her. She is a fantastic role model; she has always been caring, fun and completely trustworthy. It is always a pleasure to have her in our home.

We have never had to worry about the children's safety or wellbeing under Melissa's care. Her time-keeping and reliability is impeccable. The house is always immaculate when we come home. I don't think she has ever had to cancel, postpone or delay. She has amazing communication skills and has always met our needs with enthusiasm, empathy and diligence.

She started with us when the children were in nappies and the way that she engages with them has always kept perfect pace with their development. She has always been happy to take them out to the park or swimming for example, to play and be creative with them. Now they are older they'll spend a really enjoyable evening chatting, drawing and playing games together- the mobile phones will be untouched! She is one of those warm, positive people who lifts the spirits and inspires resilience and confidence in others.

You will not find a warmer, smarter, more dependable nanny than Melissa. We cannot recommend her highly enough.

Kind, caring and amazing tutor

I could not recommend Melissa enough. What an amazingly kind caring lady. Along with making my 3 year old Daughter feel welcome, safe and happy,..She has helped my Daughter overcome her speech difficulties. We were referred to a speech therapist before lockdown 2020 and with the help from Melissa's learning packs she made up for us to do at home and weekly tutoring sessions, not only does my daughter not need to see a speech therapist anymore but she has also come along heaps and bounds with her confidence in learning. Melissa is such a joy to be around. My daughter looks forward to seeing her as she creates such a lovely bond with the Children she cares for and such a fun atmosphere. I have not had any bad experiences with Melissa, only good positive energy at all times. I have also witnessed Melissa around other children (some with additional needs) and she is just so patient, caring and professional when she needs to be. Thank you for all your help with my little lady, i will forever be grateful.
