I haven't been with Emma for very long, however for the time we have my daughter has been unbelievably happy. Emma is a lovely woman and extremely proffesional. My daughter is quite shy and doesn't respond well to strangers a lot of the time (adults or children) but from the very first moment she met Emma and her family she was at ease. They have a dog which is by far the loveliest dog i have ever met. I'm not a dog fan but this dog is cute and perfect with children. I would definitely recommend Emma to
