We were so worried about finding a childminder for our little girl but as soon as I spoke to Tracy we knew she was the one for us. She is so down to earth and has this way of putting you at ease.
She made sure we had plenty of time before I went back to work to allow our little girl to have lots of settling in visits slowly increasing her hours to help her settle. It was amazing to see how quickly she settled to Tracy.
Tracy treats all the kids she looks after like her own. She sends us a detailed report each day of everything from her daily activities and naps to how her nappies have been through the day.
We are so pleased Tracy had space to take us into her little childminding family, we could not be happier to have found her
