Tracy is nothing short of fantastic — honestly, we couldn’t have asked for more for our little one. She has been a constant source of support and kindness, especially during one of the most stressful times of our lives: relocating. From the very beginning, she went above and beyond to make the transition as smooth as possible for our family.

She has always been warm, understanding, and incredibly caring, not only with us as parents but most importantly with our child. We’ve seen such wonderful progress in him — his confidence has blossomed, he’s become much more sociable, and he continues to thrive under her care. It’s truly heartwarming to know that he is in a safe, nurturing, and loving environment — a real “home away from home.”

Tracy keeps us constantly updated about his day, which as first-time parents, gives us enormous peace of mind. Nothing is ever too much for her — she’s always happy to respond to our messages and provide thoughtful updates. Her dedication and passion shine through in everything she does.
