Disappointing
Our experience with Arabella was very disappointing. We had previously employed an absolutely amazing nanny who felt like part of our family. We had hoped to find the same with Arabella but, unfortunately, that was very far from the experience we had. It seemed like she was just doing the job for money. She did not seem to form particularly good relationships with our children and, on the occasions that I worked from home, things seemed to be totally chaotic. Her communication with us was poor (e.g. not giving proper notice of when she intended to take holiday) and we had to query some of the mileage expenses she submitted as they were excessive. We also experienced quite a lot of absences. Finally, we had a very concerning incident where she left a packet of pills on the sofa, which could easily has been found and potentially ingested by curious young children.

This is a fake review, she has owed me wages from maternity leave and has been trying not to pay me. I have been dealing with this for over eight weeks now, Acas have been involved and had been instructed to act on my behalf to recover the wages owed to me by taking her to an employment tribunal. On the day that she was made aware of this she leaves this review from a fake profile. I have not worked for this family for over a year and only once Acas started proceedings to take this employer to an employment tribunal does she make this false review. I am not in the slightest surprised given her treatment of me during employment but am glad that I can now put that behind me and continue to work for families that respect and appreciate their Nanny.
