My daughter had never ever gone up to somebody and hugged them as soon as they have walked in the room and it's the first time she had met them. No problems leaving her the first day what soever ! Ruthy is lovely!

I can't praise Sarah more than she deserves. Brilliant childminder and her own children were so lovely and welcoming to my daughter. Definitely provides the best childcare service in Medway. My daughter is so happy when she goes to Sarah.

Such a wonderful babysitter! Was so happy to come back from work and could hear India chatting away to Kerri before I walked in the door. So nice to see my daughter give her the biggest hug aswell! Defo using her in the future and highly recommend her x

Lovely babysitter! My daughter took straight to her! My daughter looked extremely happy to have spent time with this lovely babysitter which made me very happy. Will defo defo be using her again without a doubt!

I really, really loved having Sanaa look after my son. He took to her straight away and she really put my mind at ease! Such a lovely woman with a beautiful soul! She also has two beautiful children who really are friendly and have such good manners. will defo always be using her when I come to Glasgow.

Lovely, caring childminder who my kids took to straight away! My daughter had no problem staying the first time my daughter was looked after Esther. They have been there for a while and I’m so happy with how things are going.

i feel i have no choice but to leave this feedback. seems nice when you meet her, but this is twice that charlene has made me come all the way to scotland and has cancelled a couple of hours before! leaving kent and traveling to the airport with a 3 and 11months old is not exactly easy! missed out on £300 for three days work! also blocked me on whatsapp when SHE is the one that let me down

I can’t even put into words how happy I am that i found laura! definitely the best babysitter I have ever used in belfast, and I’m looking forward to using her again. My house was spotless clean when I came back and kids were peacefully sleeping. My kids took to her as soon as she entered the house, which is unusual, so you can imagine how at ease I felt! thank you so much laura, and I am looking forward to giving you more work xx

Bring my children to Tracey and they absolutely adore her, and come back happy, telling me all the exciting things they did for the day . She’s the only non-family friend I would EVER consider to have my children, or otherwise I will just reschedule plans! X

dropped my kids off today, for the first time; my 2-year-old screaming his head off because he didn't want to leave tina's house, which goes to show how much he enjoyed it there. My 5-year-old asked as soon as we got home 'can she look after me again?' i was so happy they had a fantastic time. tina has a wonderful family, her kids are amazing!!! we will defo be back xxx

Originally agreed to childcare hours and instead of being upfront and saying she could no longer offer these hours, she just blocked me. Should have just stated she could no longer do it. Far from profesional
