Hayley has been looking after our (now 3 year old) twins as a nanny since they were 18 months; we are thrilled that she will be able to continue to look after them now as a childminder. Hayley is polite and reliable, and above all she is patient, kind, and loving with our twins, who totally adore her. She's really one of a kind, cannot recommend highly enough!!
