Lynn has provided care for my 2 children to an outstanding level. Lynn is highly skilled and the children thrive in her setting . Lynn really embeds community engagement in her setting and the children are taken to multiple activities around the town. These activities really support child development and have supported my daughter to thrive in this setting. My Daughter starts school this time ( she has been with Lynn since she was 1 year old ) and she is more than school ready, she is exceeding all her milestones and has excellent knowledge of the world around her. My daughter’s numeracy and literally skills have really excelled and I put this down to Lynn and the daily teaching while accessing the community and giving my child experiences she wouldn’t have got if she had been in a nursery setting.
Personal care has always been to a high level and my daughter’s care needs have always been met well , Lynn also supported me to give expressed breast milk which I sent for my daughter when she was small.
The setting it’s self is lovely and had a good range of toys and books , Lynn will get out different activities and learning tools to support the children and to keep them engaged. The outside space is lovely and a well equipped safe garden which the children always have access to.
Lynn promotes healthy eating inline with government guidelines and has supported my daughter to try a wide range of foods as she is a fussy eater.
Lynn uses an app and as parents it’s lovely to see pictures of what our daughter has been doing each day, especially when she was younger and couldn’t tell us. Now she comes in excited to tell us all the wonderful things that she has done and is excited for the next day.

Lynn collects our daughter and drops off everyday . She is always on time and over the years her sickness has been absolutely minimum so highly reliable.

Lynns relationships with the children is quite simply perfect , she is kind caring and so nurturing , but doesn’t aspire to replace a mum/ auntie / nanna role , Lynn is a true outstanding professional in this area and we have been so lucky to have her in our children’s life.

My Son is now 12 , but Lynn has been offering school holiday care for him since her was 6. My son has ASD, ADHD and a learning disability , Lynn welcomed him into her care when quite frankly we couldn’t find anywhere to meet his needs . Lynn has significant experience with children with additional needs and knows exactly how to manage his behaviours and triggers. My son continues to attend this setting from time to time and he absolutely loves going. As parents we feel that we have had the best care possible for our children.
