She babysat my 2-year-old boy on a few weekend sessions last month. She is considerate, responsive, and flexible. We chatted about plans for activities and preparations of meals etc before she comes over. She was always on time, and open to some schedule changes requested by me. While babysitting, she informed me of the activities and conditions of my boy via messages. My boy was happy with spending time with her (and her lovely little ones, on a few occasions). Highly recommend Lisa if you look for a nanny for a little one.
