Lisa is very professional and understanding in her role. We had a good half hour conversation about the care for my 2.6year old who was unwell at the time of booking, Lisa was very proactive about the situation and discussed with us what she had planned for the day. Her support that day was crucial for us and our little boy adored her company. She is one such person we felt we could leave our boy alone if any case needed as she is so considerate and takes care of him as her own as her experience and qualification speaks in her work.
