I had such a poor experience with my previous child minder and I was so anxious to find someone new, soon as I met Dawn I had that instant feeling we all talk about where I just knew my son would be safe with her.

I am one really anxious mum, dawn done everything in her power to update me during the day, sending me lots of pictures and videos, letting me know how he's eaten how he's been etc. As time has gone on being with dawn I've needed less reassurances because I just know whatever she's doing with my boy is safe.

Dawn skills have brought on my anxious shy little boy on to being confident bubbly and outgoing. He is so courageous now and dawns skills are huge factor as to why he is the way he is now.

My son counting has come on massively, he has learnt the alphabet, he can point out letters and words now too.

Dawn does alot for our child and is so good with us as parents. I couldn't recommend dawn enough, she is caring, nurturing, kind, compassionate and exactly the type of person you'd want your children to be left with.
