Michelle looked after our daughter for a little over a year. She is a wonderful childminder with an equally wonderful family. She radiates great warmth and won our and our daughter's heart over very quickly.

Her house was always spotless, her homemade food brilliant and her interaction with our daughter and other children loving and nurturing. She has an intuitive knowledge of what a child needs and would inform us regularly about our daughter's development, including sending photos of what the children got up to during the day. She was always happy to discuss any individual concerns we may have had.

Michelle was always well organised and efficient all round. She organised many different activities for the children and effectively and professionally communicated any issues or concerns.

Even outside of childminding hours, Michelle organised Sports Days and a Christmas parties, which helped build a sense of community and enabled parents to meet each other.

Above all, Michelle is a reliable, caring and super friendly person, very professional at what she does and who has children’s development at her heart. She gave us quiet comfort when we left our daughter with her in the mornings and it was always a joy to see her (or both of them!) with a big smile on their faces when we picked her up again in the evenings.

The only regret is that Michelle and her family moved out of the area, otherwise I may have left my daughter with her until she is 18!

I highly recommend Michelle as a childminder. It was always a joy working together with her.
