So glad I found this lovely lady! She was warm, welcoming and chatty from the beginning, and put me (and the children) completely at ease. My kids are often quite shy with new people, but Debbie gets down to their level and really engages with them, and they were like old friends in no time.

She's somehow energetic and calming at the same time - she has seemingly boundless energy to play games, read stories, provide food and drinks, organise activites and engage the kids in thoughtful and fun conversations. And far more patience than I'll ever have, smoothes out bickering, while keeping a smile on her face!

I would say Debbie is a complete natural with kids of all ages, her own children are younger than mine but she doesn't condescend, and engages them in age-appropriate activities and conversation. I think it's really important for kids to feel listened-to and she has a really great way of genuinely empathising and understanding.

My girls absolutely love spending time with her. They never feel 'babysat' but just enjoy going to 'Debbie's house' and playing with her two gorgeous children, who are polite, well-behaved and a real credit to her parenting. Would definitely recommend highly.
