Update: no longer looking, we have found someone.

We are looking for a loving and playful nanny for 25-30 hours per week (over 3-4 days), starting in mid-August. This role will involve taking care of our then 10-month-old baby as well as our 5-year-old after school hours.

We are a British-German family and are newly moving to Harrow.

We would like a nanny who is very attentive to our baby and interacts with him a lot. We're looking for someone who loves to to cuddle and play with him. We want the baby to be happy and not cry. He has just started crawling and is keen to explore the world! He likes to be carried around in a sling.

Our 5 year old loves playing outdoors. We would like you to take him to a playground after school or play in the garden. He also loves building Lego and is very happy to show you. He is obsessed with dinosaurs.

Other duties will include preparing healthy vegetarian meals and snacks, gently aiding the baby to sleep, changing nappies and promoting positive sibling relationships.
We also have a 12y old who will occasionally come play with her siblings but will likely mostly keep to herself. We only want you to do child-related housework (e.g. tidying playspaces). Being able to speak German would be a plus.

Most importantly, we want lots of cuddles and fun for our children!

We are happy to take your needs into account regarding which days of the week you work. We would be willing to flexible about the start date for right nanny. We are also open to a nanny share.

We are in HA1, a 10min walk from the Metropolitan line, tube stations Harrow-on-the-hill and West Harrow.

We are looking to employ a nanny. However, if you are registered with HMRC as self-employed and would send us invoices (no cash in hand), that would be fine for us as well.
