I interviewed Becca in April & found her extremely impressive. She has the perfect balance of warmth, friendliness & utter professionalism which is backed up by her references which are outstanding. Becca was extremely knowledgeable & reassuring about what she would bring to our family in her role & she was immediately caring & interested in understanding the children, their needs & routine.

Becca then came again to meet my son aged 5 & daughter 2. They are both fairly shy but Becca instinctively took exactly the right approach, taking her time tIme to engage with them & before long by son was chatting away to her & my daughter was involving her in her tea party!

Sadly changes in my working situation meant that we were unable to employ Becca but I would not hesitate in recommending her to anyone looking to employ a Nanny for their young children.
