Exceptional childminders, a home from home!

Reviewed

Our journey with Happy Childcare started 2 years ago when our almost 3 year old was in a very expensive private nursery which didn't offer wrap around to our local school. A mum friend recommended Emma and Paul who not only could offer school wrap around, but also accommodate our required number of days a week to fit our schedule, and we haven't looked back since.

Another bonus (and what we'll be eternally grateful for) was that Emma is a nutritional therapist who helped us through our son's poor relationship with food. We now have a regular family eating structure and he has a far more varied diet now and willingness to try new foods - something he wouldn't contemplate before.

The setting is a lovely home with dedicated play room and outside space to play, our son felt super comfortable there and made special memories and the closest of friends with children of all ages. Emma and Paul treated him like he was one of their own. We'd get digital daily diary updates of what they'd been up to, the meals they ate and multiple photos every single day, which was so lovely to see them all playing happily together. Trips out to the park, bear hunts in the woods, practising yoga, dancing, educational activities, lots of outdoor play, Lego, arts & crafts, dressing up, watching films, even a splash in the paddling pool on summer days.

I can't recommend Happy Childcare enough as a safe, loving home from home ❤️
