Sam has been an amazing childminder for my son, Alex, who started with her when he was 10 months old. We have been very happy with her over the last 7 months and we are sad to be leaving her now as my son transitions to nursery. Initially, I was so nervous (as a first-time mum) leaving him with someone else, but from Day 1, Sam's caring and kind nature put me at ease. She is very attentive with the children and sends regular updates about what they are doing and where they have been (trips to the park, farm, soft play etc), which is really nice. She also provides a little book where she notes what my son has eaten, how many nappy changes, nap times etc. At pick up time, she is always happy to chat and tell you about their day. She has also been really good at highlighting any milestone that my son has hit and bringing important things to my attention. My son absolutely loves his time with Sam and gets quite excited when I say we are going to Sam's. That shows me that she is providing a wonderfully engaging environment for him. Overall, we have had a really lovely experience with Sam and would definitely recommend her to any parents out there.

My one year old son is with Sam for her full 4 days a week. He's happy and settled with her and the environment. He really enjoys the regular outings to local playgrounds, libraries and parks. He also loves the meals and snacks which are fresh and varied. Sam is great at communicating with both daily photos on Whatsapp and the daily diary. This is our first time in childcare and Sam has been very supportive and reassuring in the transition. We'd definitely recommend Sam!

Our daughter Kiki goes to Sam 2 days a week from when she was 9 months old, which was her first time away from us as sole carers.
Sam was extremely professional but at the same time warm & personable and could not have been easier to deal with when we signed up.
Sam ensures the kids do a variety of activities in the day, while adhering to their routines. Due to keeping this balance our daughter always come back in a very chipper mood at the end of the day!! I have picked up great tips from Sam i.e. weaning food ideas as she has an older daughter so very competent with the different baby/ toddler stages. Sam also makes all her meals from scratch, which ensures they are fresh and nutritious.
Sam keeps us updated of Kiki's activity through a personal annotated diary, pictures in our whatsapp group and general chat on pick up. Sam has even made Kiki a family tree book with pictures of her weekly expeditions, which is something we will cherish.
Our daughter overall has settled in very quickly and obviously really likes spending time with Sam and the other children. I would highly recommend her as a childminder.

Samantha is a warm and welcoming childminder with a friendly approach. She keeps my daughter stimulated and well entertained throughout the day - taking advantage of the wide variety of play groups each day in and around Islington. They have also had many trips to the park and other fun places for the children. Our daughters have become friends and it is warming to see how well they get along.
For me, she has always been as accommodating and flexible to my needs where she can. She always communicates the details of the day when I pick her up and sends me pictures of the things that they have been doing. She is also happy to communicate via text on any queries that I might have forgotten to bring up during pick-up/drop-off.
My 20 month old shows delight on the approach to her house which gives me the confidence that she is always being well looked after.
