Can't imagine a better nanny

Toni has been taking care of our twin girls for the past 18 months, three days a week. She started when they had just turned 1, they are now 2.5. We are moving abroad, and wish we could take her with us, as she's amazing! She's kind and fun- they really look forward to seeing her. She's professional, experienced, and stays calm no matter what. She's great at suggesting ways to approach things (e.g. potty training), but always happy to go with how we'd like things done. She's the go-to person for all of the local parents when it comes to groups and activities to take their kids, she knows it all! I can't imagine how we would have coped without her, and we're very sad to have to say goodbye.
