Holly started with us when our children were 5 and 9 respectively. The children have got on well with her and she has managed to juggle our busy routine. She doesn't mind dealing with the unpredictable and is always prepared to go the extra mile. We were particularly impressed with her resilience and the good-natured way she handled a fortnight here with no boiler this year which coincided with the Beast from the East!
