A good start, very promising, unfortunately this did not last. This childminder is unable to manage challenging behaviour such as scratching. (Quite normal behaviour and best managed with supervision). In such a small setting for incidents to escalate each day resulted in her removing my child from her service. I have left this for sometime but having moved her onto a new setting it was clear to see supervision was clearly an issue and has resulted in some challenging situations of learnt behaviour. If your child is good as gold then Hannah is right for you, if your child has a tendency to scratch (not even 2 years old) then go somewhere else.

My daughter Izzy used Sams setting and was always happy. She settled easily with Samantha. A nice setting for your children.
