Our daughter (1 1/2 years) has been looked after by Ferdous since June 2023 and we have had a wonderful experience. Ferdous is extremely friendly, an excellent communicator and her approach to the children is loving and mindful. She takes the children on outings every day, weather permitting, but is flexible in her approach and really puts the children's emotional and social wellbeing at the heart of everything. When our daughter struggled with one of the stay-and-plays, Ferdous adapted her schedule to a quieter activity that suited our daughter better, while also ensuring that the other children did not miss out on fun and play. She cooks the children a warm meal every lunch and provides snacks and water. Our daughter always talks about Ferdous and her friends there when we get home, so I know she has a wonderful time, is stimulated and has fun. Ferdous even offered to be sent a list of German words (we raise our child bilingual) to support us and be better able to communicate with our daughter. Would definitely recommend to anyone living in the area.
