We are so happy that we chose to send our daughter to Lilly-Lou’s. Charlotte and Tracey both work incredibly hard to provide all the children with a loving and caring environment. Our daughter was made to feel welcomed from day one. She thinks of Charlotte and Tracey as part of her extended family and on some days she doesn’t even want to come home.
Charlotte and Tracey provide a wealth of exciting activities including painting, drawing, outdoor play with water, reading and puzzles. As well as outings to the park, trips to the farm and taking part in community events such as coffee mornings and the annual Scarecrow festival.
Communication is fantastic by both ladies as they provide both verbal and written feedback on a daily basis. Regular feedback is also provided on the Tapestry app which allows us all to upload photographs, comments and to keep up to date with our daughter’s development on her EYFS learning goals.
We love Lilly-Lou’s and would strongly recommend the fantastic childcare our daughter receives.

My daughter has been attending Lilly Loo’s since she was 9 months old and will be leaving the Lilly Loo’s in July to start primary school. We are so grateful for the incredible care and learning she has received during her time at Lilly Loo’s.
Charlotte provides a consistent weekly routine that offers a wide variety of engaging activities. Such as attending local childminder groups, crafting activities and outdoor learning activities.
Charlotte regularly asks us about our daughter’s interests so she can tailor learning to her own interests.
Charlotte creates lots of opportunities for the children to mix with others through playdates and outings with other local childminders, which has helped with our daughter’s social skills.
Communication has been fantastic—we regularly receive updates and learning links that help us continue supporting our child at home.
We especially value the emphasis on outdoor learning, which has given our daughter so many memorable experiences.
Charlotte is currently supporting our daughter with her transition from Lilly Loo’s to Primary School.
We will be sad to leave Lilly Loo’s as Charlotte has been a big part of our daughter’s early years education. An amazing setting.
