I couldn’t be happier with the care Mercy provides for my 19-month-old daughter. From the very first day, Mercy has been incredibly understanding, flexible, and attentive to our needs. My daughter absolutely loves her time with Mercy—so much so that when I come to pick her up, she often doesn’t want to leave! It’s clear that she feels safe, happy, and loved in Mercy’s care.
What impresses me most is how Mercy creates such a warm and nurturing environment. My daughter is always excited to see her and constantly asks me to take her to “aunty’s house". It’s such a relief as a parent to know that she is not only being well looked after but is genuinely enjoying her time and building such a wonderful bond. I’m truly grateful for the care, love, and attention that Mercy provides, and I highly recommend her to any parent looking for a trustworthy and exceptional childminder.

Your daughter along with the rest of the precious children that attend my setting breath a wonderful breath of live and sunshine into my life and it is my great pleasure and privilege being their childminder Beas well as ensuring that your children are happy and safe, it is also most important to me that all the parents feel at ease with a peaceful mind that their precious children are safe and well cared for. 🥰
It was our first time leaving the kids with someone else outside the family and we were a bit nervous but as soon as we seen an talked with Mercy we knew the girls are going to be in very good hands. The feeling we have when we’re bringing the girls to her is like we bring the kids to grandma. She is very loving and caring and the girls like her very much , they are 5 years old and 10 months old . Overall we are very pleased with everything ! Xx

My daughter loved her first time with Mercy
She had a great time
Lovely lady very professional and lovely setting and lots for children to do.

was very professional and stayed in touch with me via text to let me know that my twins was doing well throughout the day. She was so genuine and a true natural with children
was amazing and helped us feel very comfortable leaving our children in her care! She was prompt, flexible, knowledgeable, and very caring with our kids! We look forward to using your service again the next time at visit! Many thanks!

mercy is an amazing minder, she is very understanding to some of the difficulty us parents face and she tries to accommodate and meet us half way, mercy is compassionate and treats every child like her own, i am very pleased with her services, my kids love her and were very happy when ever I told them they were going over to her place, i would recommend her to other parents.

I connected to Mercy when I was in need of a childminder, our experience with her has been amazing, it’s easy to tell that this is not just a job for her, she genuinely loves children and enjoying talking care of them. She goes above and beyond in her service. And would definitely recommend her to anyone.

Mercy has been looking after my 8 year old twin girls. She has been absolutely brilliant. Honestly couldn’t ask for a better childminder. She’s also very understanding. The girls are sad to leave True Sparks.

Mercy was able to provide childcare for our three children at short notice. She has excellent interpersonal skills, is warm and welcoming even our youngest who is very clingy had no qualms being there which is a first! Highly recommended.

We highly recommend Mercy. Our little boy absolutely loves and trusts her. Mercy is always smiley and full of energy, and she has a great experience to handle any difficult situations. My boy likes TSparks' play area including the food! We chose Mercy due to the amazing reviews and proved to be the right choice. Mercy, many thanks for your services.
