Joy helped us when we had an unexpected bereavement and had to leave our baby for a few hours. Joy was absolutely fantastic, completely reliable, and my 8 month old loved her. It was his first time staying with a babysitter and Joy put him at ease - he was immediately smiling and giggling with her.
