Khin looked after my 3yo and 4yo during lockdown. Due to her lack in childcare experience with pre-schoolers, I gave her guidance for stuffs like how to handle tantrum. She liked to make sure she offered the best she could. I kept an eye on my phone when I was at work. She rang or sent me messages when she had queries and difficulty with little ones. She is punctual, reliable and accomodating. She is clean and has never left any mess behind. She is artistic. She did crafts and activities with little ones. All of these values compensate for her lack in childcare experience.
