I am a local nanny and live just off Harrow on the Hill High Street. I have some immediate availability, which can be discussed upon making contact.
Nanny/Childcare Experience:
April 2019 to current:
part-time nanny to three amazing children, aged 9 years, 4 years and 2 years, two days a week from 7am to 6pm.
April 2017 to July 2020
nanny to gorgeous boy/girl twins aged almost 5 years. I have been with the family since the babies were a year old. They are now at school but I continue to support the family, doing school pick-ups, three days a week.
August 2019 to August 2020
nanny to a lovely 2.5 year old little girl on Thursdays and Fridays, from 8 am to 7 pm.
March 2019 to June 2019
nanny to a sweet 8 month old baby girl for 3 days week, from 8 am to 6 pm.
October 2018 to June 2019
nanny to adorable boy/girl twins aged 7 months. Thereafter, mum was home on maternity leave with baby number 3 and I continued ad-hoc nannying and babysitting until they moved out of the area.
March 2015 - April 2017
nanny to two lovely sisters, aged 1 and 3 (I was with the family for over 2 years, until the girls started nursery and school).
Other experience includes: overnight nannying, emergency babysitting and ad-hoc nannying, school drop-offs and pick-ups. I have been a nanny for over 7 years, so have good experience looking after babies and young children.
I run 'Tots on the Hill' a parent/toddler play group, during term-times on Friday mornings, at St Mary's Church, Harrow on the Hill.
I have supervised children in an Early Class and Late Class environment at a local independent school in Harrow on the Hill. I worked as an Assistant Early Years Leader at an independent Pre School in Rickmansworth and have EYFS experience.
I am approachable, kind and caring. I believe in helping children to achieve their full potential and understand they need to take risks in their learning, which in turn, aids their social and emotional development. I strive to ensure a safe and nurturing environment to enable them to thrive.
I enjoy engaging the children in creative and stimulating activities, going to activity classes, mother and toddler sessions, walks, local parks, organising play dates and helping with homework.

My Qualifications
I am friendly, honest and caring. I love working with children and helping them to achieve their individual potential. I am quite structured in approach, firm but very fair. I speak fluent English and am a British citizen. I am a non smoker and do not drive. I live in Harrow on the Hill, just off Harrow on the Hill High Street.
I have a current DBS Certificate (Enhanced) on the update service, Paediatric First Aid and am Ofsted registered (Voluntary Register).
I have undertaken a range of CPD and other qualifications, including:
Child Protection (Level 3), Safeguarding Young People, Preventing Bullying Behaviour, Promoting Positive Behaviour, Understanding and Addressing Behaviour in Early Years, Autism, ADHD, Dyslexia Courses and British Values Awareness, Supporting Early Language Development, Speech, Language and Communication, Improving Children's Learning Through Play, Sustained Shared Thinking in Early Years, Understanding Children's Rights, the Common Core Skills and Knowledge, as well as a Food Hygiene and Safety Certificate.
My Availability
My preference is to work term-time, although I am happy to discuss extra requirements out of term time and will consider all year round. I always try to be as flexible as possible and am happy to do additional hours and days, whenever I am able.
