Wissam has been looking after our 2 year-old son for the past year. As a new mom going back to work, leaving my baby in the hands of another person felt impossible. I remember visiting Wissam as part of the interview process, I started to cry, Wissam was so warm and comforting, and in that moment I knew this is the type of care my son would receive. My son loves going on to Wissam’s… she takes the kids on outings to the local play centre’s, she gives them delicious and varied home made food, and she builds very special bonds. Wissam’s setting was exactly the type of care I was looking for my son as his first step into child care. My son will now be transitioning to a nursery setting, but we are sad to leave Wissam and her family, all of whom have shown a lot of love to our baby boy. Thank you for everything Wissam! We will miss you.

My daughter has been looked after by Wissam from 7 months old. Being so young it was important for me to find a home from home setting for her. After visiting several childminders I came across Wissam on here. As soon as I met her I knew she was right for us. She has been brilliant with my daughter in her first year and I completely trust that she provides my daughter with great care. Sadly due to a change in my personal circumstances we will be leaving Wissam soon and I know my daughter us going to really miss her and her family. I would 100% reccomend Wissam and happily speak to anyone considering.

My son has been going to Wissam for over a year and he has progressed fantastically in her care. He is fond of her and her assistants. He enjoys his time in her care and comes home exhausted. Always being kept updated on his progress. Thank you for all your help and would recommend

Wissam has been looking after our daughter for over 1 and half years
Our daughter has been attending full time from 12 months .she had become very fond of her Wissam .Our daughter has developed a lot during her time , with activities, colours , counting. It has really helped her with her nursery setting today .
We have found her to be very honest, reliable , and accommodating at all times. Our daughter is demonstrating now all the Learning and developing Wissam has provided over the year making the adjustment well with the skills she has learnt .
Our daughter really enjoys the time she spends with Wissam, talking about how she wants to see her and play with her . He face lights up with joy as soon as her name gets mention .
We highly recommend Wissam , We couldn’t be happier with her facility , gutted we had to leave as we moved .

Wissam
Wissam has been looking after our son for over a year now. She has been exceptional in all aspects.
Initially we started out at just a couple of afternoons a week as we were apprehensive as first time parents. This turned into full time care as we became very pleased with the care given and in particular the progress in our son’s development whilst with Wissam.
We have found her to be reliable, courteous and caring at all times. She provides facilities for safe learning and exploration. Where our son has been unwell, we've been given updates in real time until collected.
Our son clearly enjoys the time he spends with Wissam to the extend he jumps in her arms with a big smile on his face as soon as he sees her.
To conclude, we highly recommend her. We compared with about 5 other childminders in the area and none reached Wissam’s level.

Wissam, while always a professional, has a real gift with children and really does just love them. Even more than that, she has been a blessing to me and my family. She wants to know about your child, learns what they like, plan activities specifically for their needs, and encourage them to grow and try new things. Even when there are things I forgot to tell her at drop off, anything new my daughter is trying to do, she would notice straight away and tell me when I come to pick up, she does not miss a thing.
She treats all those in her care like family, and you can really tell with the way the children just follow after her. This is moreso from my experience; my daughter was just 1 when she went to Wissam, and this was after an initial bad experience with another provider, so I was really nervous. With the previous provider, my daughter was not receiving much individual attention, and she was even vomiting due to her unhappiness with attending such a place. But after a week with Wissam, my daughter started walking in, dragging the bag herself. She looked forward to going and was very happy to say goodbye to me. I only wished I would have found Wissam sooner.
Wissam is a wonderful carer, down-to-earth and with a great sense of fun, and if you are looking for someone who would simply love your child, build them into a confident, friendly little person, and someone who would treat your child as part of the family, then look no further - I for one cannot praise her highly enough.

It was a pleasure to care for your daughter, having cared for her for nearly two years enabled me to not only cherish her for longer but also cherish the memories i now have of her younger days growing up. Wissam is the best childminder I could have dreamt of for my daughter. It took only one week for My daughter to settle. Now she happily goes to Wissam every morning and Waves goodbye to me.
Wissam and her Assistant are genuinely interested in the well being of my child.they provide a safe and fun environment for the children to play. Above all, they are a wonderful person, very human and understanding.
You should definitely visit her setting. It has a huge garden for the kids to play.

Although as first-time parents we don't always get everything right, the one constant that we look back on as being the best decision we made was to send our son to Wissam when he turned one. We saw him develop so much thanks to Wissam, not only due to her amazing qualities as a carer but as a fantastic host too by creating a warm, engaging and loving environment where the children grow deep and meaningful bonds.
We visited numerous nurseries before finding Wissam. Although there was not wrong with them per se, none of them gave us that feeling that it's the one until we found Wissam. We felt we'd be sending him to a home away from home, rather than putting him into childcare. And I'm so glad to confirm we made the 100% correct judgement.
We never thought our son would be the type to look forward to being away from us, but it didn't take much time at all for him to settle in and be legitimately excited about hanging out with Wissam and all his friends . Wissam was incredibly considerate during the settling in period, communicating wonderfully which put us at ease and therefore having a positive effect on our son too (that is to say, if we remained anxious during this important period, I doubt our son would have settled in as seamlessly).
Her strong communication was a constant throughout our son's stay – we're eternally grateful to have a written daily diary by Wissam capturing our son's journey and we'll treasure this forever. From speaking to other parents, do not underestimate how important it is for there to be a open feedback loop between you and your childcarer. Wissam most definitely sets the benchmark. She's very flexible too which for two working parents helped so much throughout our son's stay.
Finally, and this is really important: Wissam's just great fun with a fantastic sense of humor. It's not by coincidence that she remains in close contact with most parents/kids who have visited with many returning regularly, including ours!

We employed Wissam to do pick ups and drop offs from nursery on a temporary basis. Nothing was too much trouble, she was punctual and always had a smile on her face :) My daughter took to her straight-away and she is normally shy with strangers. Thanks so much for helping us out in an emergency!

Wissam is truly amazing. She has made huge progress with my son during the past year . It's been the perfect setting for my son. Wissam not only has a welcoming environment but it is a safe, happy and fun setting for a child to grow and develop at their own pace. She understands individual's needs and strength and builds on that. She is very reassuring and takes great care of the children's physical, emotional and psychological development. She is professional, knowledgeable and resourceful. My son hit so many milestones with Wissam.That's because she is truly caring and a safe place for him. She completely toilet trained him within a week! A boy who was reluctant to even sit on the toilet! She has transformed his life and ours too as it's a delight to see him growing so well and being so confident.
I highly recommend Wissam for anyone who is looking for an amazing childminder.
