Ellie is a kind and hardworking nanny who is able to integrate into the family dynamic quickly and establish a routine that works for us all. Ellie looks after our 1 year old who had feeding difficulties and was refusing food, but as soon as she came along she taught him the joys of eating! She also cares for our rambunctious 4 year old, and is both supportive and caring in getting him dressed and ready to go out. Ellie arranges activities and trips, making delicious food for them, and is a wonderful help around the home as well: doing kids laundry and putting this away, tidying kids rooms and kitchen, batch cooking, and even sorting and rearranging the children's toys when she has a spare half hour. She is very proactive and will buy food etc. without being asked but will always consult you first. She is kind, friendly and engaging and an asset for a time poor family who has full on jobs. We wanted someone who would sing to our children, and do lots of reading - and that's what we got! We recommend her very highly!
