Nicola has been working for us on a part time basis since our second baby was born about 6 months ago. She is an absolute joy to work with. One of the very many brilliant things about her is that she brings such professionalism and years of experience, while at the same time being totally flexible and open to our parenting approach. I trust her completely with our toddler and baby. She is creative, constantly coming up with new ideas to engage our toddler - who loves her - and she seems to genuinely enjoy what she does. I would recommend her to anyone.
