However, she did not show up, did not respond to my messages, and did not provide any explanation for her absence. As a parent of a child with autism, consistency is crucial, and I believe Ella lacked the necessary understanding and maturity in this regard. I was disappointed by her unresponsiveness over the weekend. I would not recommend her due to her unreliability.
