About Me
I am looking to move from a school environment to a full time nanny position. I am energetic and fun and when needed can be assertive with the children I work with. I’m a very organised person and like to keep things clean and tidy. I like to keep active and eat a healthy balanced diet (most of the time!) and enjoy various sports and activities including swimming, tennis and badminton. I like to laugh and play with the children, while building their most valuable life skills.
My Experience
I am currently working in a SEN school, I have worked there just under 2 years. I have experience with teaching the children more than the academic subjects. We provide experience with people skills, fine and gross motor skills and general life skills. I have experience in controlling lots of different behaviours with training to help me do so. I have had previous experience working with children in a dance academy. I gained a student teacher qualification and helped to assist classes for several years.
My Qualifications
Over my years working with children, I have gained an ISTD Student Teacher qualification when I was 15. Then since working in a school, I have gained First Aid, Paediatric First Aid and various other medical training including Asthma and Epilepsy. I have trained in Resus and Rescue for the swimming pool and I am Team Teach qualified.
