Hello there!
We are a a loving, joyful, gentle and creative American/British family of three. Laura and Ryan (aka mama and daddy) are both self-employed performing artists with inconsistent schedules, and Ryan's work involves a lot of travel. Owain is 5 years old, a generally quiet and gentle child who loves puzzles, books, and marble runs! He is accustomed to being with babysitters in the house and going on outings.
My Requirements
We are looking for (a) new babysitter(s) with a flexible schedule. We have some family in the area who help out, and Owain goes to school at The Montessori Place (Uckfield) 5 mornings a week, but we are often in need of extra help in the afternoons, evenings and weekends so that Laura can work and we can go on an occasional date!
We have found that Owain responds best to calm, positive energy, people who like to go outside, and who play with presence. We really value punctuality and clear communication, and consider childcare professionals a part of our extended family. If this sounds like a good fit for you, please get in touch!
