Our daughter Perla was with Luis and Carla from 12 months old until she turned 3, and we honestly couldn’t have wished for a better start to her early years. From day one, we felt completely comfortable and their setting is truly a home from home, filled with warmth, care, and kindness. The transition of leaving your baby, especially your first, is so hard and emotional, but I just felt completely at ease with them both.

Perla absolutely adored Carla and Luis. Their love for the children in their care shines through in everything they do, and the bond they built with Perla was incredibly special. They treated her as if she were their own, and the love and affection she showed them was a clear sign of how happy and secure she felt.

We were always touched by the thoughtful little extras like special touches for birthdays, Easter, Christmas, Mother’s Day, always making each child feel celebrated and included. They were respectful and attentive to our preferences around food, naps, and potty training, always taking the time to listen and support our routines and choices.

They were also flexible and understanding, helping us out whenever we were in a pinch. Saying goodbye when Perla left for preschool was emotional for all of us - we all cried!

If we’re ever lucky enough to have another baby, we’ll be asking Carla for a space as soon as we see the scan! That’s how much we love and trust them.
