I found Harriet on the site. We had a telephone conversation and agreed that she would sit last night from 6.30 until 11.00. At 6.40 she hadn’t arrived so I texted ‘are you on your way?’ I also called but got voicemail. About 10 mins later Harriet replied ‘Hello, I’m here but I can’t find it anywhere’ so I texted further directions and said I would stand outside on the drive. We are on a main road and not hard to find. Google maps takes you literally to our front door.
I didn’t hear from Harriet again, I stood outside for over half an hour, sent further texts including a map.
I still have heard nothing 12 hours later.
Very disappointing and unprofessional.

I have used Melanie to sit my 4 high school age children several times and she is always a pleasure to see. She is especially good with my 12 year old Autistic son who really enjoys her visits and who's additional needs she is very good at understanding and managing.
Her communication and punctuality are great. I thoroughly recommend her.
